排斥、联系与能量转换:执政资源系统要素间的三种关系

摘　　要：排斥、联系和能量转化是中国共产党执政资源系统内各个资源要素之间关系的三种不同状态。它既反映各资源要素之间的关系,也反映执政资源系统各资源要素运作的基本规律。执政党执政资源的开发应避免第一种状态,力争第二种状态,并有效促进第三种状态。Exclusion,interaction and energy conversion are the three different states of being amongst the constituent elements of the ruling resources system of the Communist Party of China,reflecting not only the relationship between various constituents of ruling resources but only the basic law underscoring the functioning of these resources in the ruling resources system as a whole.It is proposed that the ruling party should stave off the first state（exclusion）,strive for the second state（interaction） and effectively promote the third state（energy conversion） in tapping its ruling resources and coordinating the relationship between them.
