摘　　要：本文从理论和应用两个方面对因子试验、响应曲面模型（ＲＳＭ） 和田口方法进行了比较研究，分析了它们的优缺点及适用场合，有助于产品和工艺设计人员在实际工作中选用正确的试验设计方法与策略。This paper carried out a comparative study on fractorial experiment, responsive curved surface model(RSM) and Taguchi method from both respects of theory and application, and analyzed their virtues and defects and situation of suitability. It is helpful for product and process designers to choose the correct method and strategies of experimental design in their realistic works.
