摘　　要：目的:研究采用YL-1型针穿刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗外伤性硬膜下积液的临床效果。方法:回顾性总结75例外伤性硬膜下积液治疗结果,治疗组35例,采用YL-1型针穿刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗;对照组30例,单纯用钻孔引流术治疗。结果:两组的治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:采用YL-1型针穿刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗外伤性硬膜下积液,疗效满意,值得推广。Objective：To research adopts YL-1 type needle biopsy combination buyanghuanwu formula treatment of traumatic subdural effusion clinical effect.Methods：Retrospective summary 75 cases of traumatic subdural effusion treatment outcome,treatment group：35 patients,using YL-1 type needle biopsy combination buyanghuanwu formula treatment;control group：30 cases,pure with drilling drainage of treatment.Results：The two groups of therapeutic effect was significant difference（P 0.05）,the treatment group was better than in control group.Conclusion：The YL-1 type needle biopsy combination buyanghuanwu formula treatment of traumatic subdural effusion patients,the results were satisfactory,worth extending.
