摘　　要：城市的法治化建设与民主参与有着紧密的联系通过公民的民主参与,可以调动社会力量,提升法律的权威,监督权力的运行,从而加快城市法治化治理的进程。只有努力完善制度体系,拓展有序民主参与渠道,并使公民具备相应的参与理念和参与素质,才能持续推进城市法治化建设。City construction and democratic participation in the rule of law are closely linked.Democratic participation by citizens,able to mobilize social forces to enhance the authority of the law,the supervisory power of operation, thus speeding up the process of urban governance rule of law.Only by striving to improve the institutional system,expand orderly channels for democratic participation,and to the participation of citizens with the appropriate ideas and participate in quality to continue promoting the city and laws.
