村镇住区功能结构演化研究

摘　　要：依据发展现状,村镇住区主要功能可划分为居住功能、生产功能和服务功能;村镇住区功能结构演化分析表明,居住功能进一步优化、生产功能得以强化、服务功能逐渐完善.不同区域不同类型的村镇住区功能结构分析表明,农业型村镇住区居住功能占主导地位,生产和公共服务功能较弱;随着社会经济的发展,生产功能将逐渐弱化.半工半农型村镇住区居住功能和生产功能并重,公共服务功能较为滞后.非农型村镇住区的居住功能和生产功能仍是两大主要功能,但为住区生活和生产服务的辅助性功能有所增强.The main function of village and town residential area may be divided into residential function, productive function and service function according to the development situation of village and town residential area. The function evolvement of village and town residential area was analyzed. The result indicated that the residential function is further optimized, the productive function is being strengthened, and service function is being improved gradually. In addition, the paper analyzed the function structure of different type’s of village and town residential area in different areas. The result indicated that residential function is the dominant function, productive function and service function are weak, and productive function will be weakened along with socio-ecinomic development in agricultural type of village and town residential area. The residential function and productive function are paid equal attention, but service function is weak in semi-agricultural and semi-industrial type of village and town residential area. Residential function and productive function are still two main functions, and assistant function of servicing for life and production in residential area is being enhanced in non-agricultural type village and town residential area.
