棉布无菌包保存有效期的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]验证棉布无菌包的有效保存期限。[方法]取75个棉布物品包灭菌后随机均分入不同温度范围(16℃～18℃、18℃～20℃、20℃～22℃、22℃～24℃、24℃～26℃)的模拟储存柜中,湿度35%～50%,其他条件一致,于保存第7天、第12天、第17天、第22天、第27天从每大组15个包中随机抽取3个包采样进行细菌培养。[结果]16℃～18℃无菌棉布包有效保存期为22d,其余4个温度范围无菌包在实验环境下存放27 d,细菌培养为阴性。[结论]控制棉布无菌包保存环境的温度可延长其有效保存期。Objective：To verify the valid preservation duration of sterile cotton bag.Methods：A total of 75 cotton goods packages were randomly allocated into the analog storage cabinets with different temperature range averagely（16 ℃～18 ℃、18 ℃～20 ℃、20 ℃～22 ℃、22 ℃～24 ℃、24 ℃～26 ℃）,15 cases in each,and their humidity was 35%～50%,other conditions were coherent,then to take three bags randomly from each group on 7th days,12th days,17th days,22th days,27th days to get samples for bacterial culture.Results：The valid preservation duration of sterile cotton bags in 16 ℃～18 ℃ group was 22 d,sterility pack was preserved in experimental environment for 27days,and the result of bacterial culture was negative.Conclusion：To control the preservation temperature of sterile cotton bag can extend the valid preservation duration.
