摘 要:为了研究油茶的最佳芸苔素内酯用量,以长林优良无性系为材料,进行采用叶面喷施0.067 mg/L、0.050 mg/L、0.033 mg/L、0.025 mg/L及0.020 mg/L质量浓度芸苔素内酯的试验,在油茶不同生长期调查并测定各项指标,对测量数据进行分析和总结。结果表明:对春梢生长最有利的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.067 mg/L;对秋梢生长最有利的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.025 mg/L;新叶叶绿度Spad值增加最大的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.033 mg/L;老叶叶绿度Spad值增加最大的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.050 mg/L;油茶产量最高的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.050 mg/L;油茶出籽率最高的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.050 mg/L;油茶籽千粒质量最大的芸苔素内酯质量浓度是0.067 mg/L。In order to study the best concentration of BRs on growth of Camellia oleifera,taking Chang-lin superior clone as materials,some growth indexes were investigated,measured and analyzed during different periods after spraying BRs at 0.067,0.050,0.033,0.025 and 0.020 mg/L concentration.The results showed that the best concentration of BRs for spring shoot growing was 0.067 mg/L,and that for fall shoot growing was 0.025 mg/L.Increasing range of Spad value of new leaves was the largest with 0.033 mg/L BRs,and that of old leaves was the largest with 0.050 mg/L BRs.Yield of C.oleifera yield was the highest with 0.050 mg/L BRs,seed ratio was the highest with 0.050 mg/L BRs,and thousand seeds mass was the highest with 0.067 mg/L BRs.
