光皮树砧木生长指标及内源激素对嫁接成活率的影响

摘　　要：将光皮树同一无性系接穗与12个不同无性系砧木嫁接,调查不同无性系砧木与同一品种接穗的嫁接成活率,分析砧木株高、地径粗度和嫁接前叶主要内源激素IAA、ABA、GA、ZR含量对嫁接成活率的影响。结果表明：砧木株高与嫁接成活率不相关,砧木地径粗度影响嫁接成活率;当地径粗度大于6 mm或小于3.5 mm时,嫁接成活率较低,地径粗度在4.0-5.5 mm之间,嫁接成活率与地径粗度呈显著正相关;不同无性系砧木叶内源生长素IAA含量与嫁接成活率呈显著正相关,ABA与嫁接成活率呈负相关,叶内GA、ZR含量与嫁接成活率相关性不明显。Scions from the same clone were grafted on stocks of twelve different clones of Cornus wilsoniana,grafting survival rate was investigated,and effects of plant height,diameter of stem base and endogenous hormone on grafting survival rate were analyzed.The results show that the stock height was not correlated with grafting survival rate,and the thickness of stock stem base diameter affected grafting suruival rate;the grafting survival rate was low when stem base diameter was larger than 6mm or smaller than 3.5mm;the grafting survival rate was positively correlated with rootstock base diameter from 4.0mm to 5.5mm,and the survival rate was higher;Endogenous IAA contents in stock leaves before grafting were positively related with grafting survival rate,however contents of endogenous ABA were negatively related with survival rate;Correlations among GA,ZR and grafting survival rate were not significant.
