摘  要:利用SPAD—502叶绿素计快速测定油茶物种(无性系)叶片中叶绿素的相对含量,研究分析了不同物种(无性系)间油茶叶片SPAD值的差异。结果表明,不同油茶物种(无性系)间叶绿素相对含量差异显著,湖南81最高,SPAD值达到87.59±4.32,最低的越南油茶SPAD值仅为57.34±5.54。同物种(无性系)内不同叶位SPAD值大小均表现为叶基>叶中部>叶尖,但叶位间的SPAD值均无显著差异。相关分析表明,3个叶位的SPAD值与油茶叶绿素相对含量均呈显著正相关,其中,叶中部的相关系数达0.97以上,可作为叶绿素相对含量测定的最佳部位。In order to study the differences of SPAD values in Camellia oleifera species or clones,the relative content values of chlorophyll were rapidly measured by SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter.The results indicate there were significant differences among the tested samples.The SPAD value of Hunan No.81 was the highest,being 87.59±4.32,that of C.vietnamensis was the lowest,being 57.34±5.54.The SPAD values in different leaf positions of the same species also varied,following the order: leaf base's〉leaf middle's〉leaf tip's,respectively,and there were not significantly differences among SPAD values of leaf positions.There was a significantly positive relationship between SPAD values in the three leaf positions and relative content of chlorophyll.The correlation coefficient in leaf middle part was over 0.97,indicating that leaf middle part was the optimal position for chlorophyll measurement.
