摘 要:研究了5种生根促进剂及其3种不同质量浓度对仿栗秋季扦插生根的影响。结果表明:生根促进剂种类对插穗不定根的出现期、生根率、平均总根长有极显著影响,对插穗平均生根数有显著影响;生根促进剂质量浓度对插穗不定根出现期、平均生根数及平均总根长没有显著影响,但对生根率有极显著影响;生根促进剂种类和质量浓度之间的交互作用对插穗不定根出现期、生根率、平均生根数及平均总根长影响均不显著。综合评定,以K—IBA 1 000-3 000 mg/L处理仿栗插穗后扦插生根效果较好。Effects of five rooting accelerators with three different concentrations on autumn-cuttings in Sloanea hemsleyana were tested.The results show that each rooting accelerator had a highly significant effect on the emergence of adventitious roots,rooting rate,and average total root length,and a remarkable effect on average rooting number was identified.Different concentrations of the rooting accelerators did not have remarkable effects on the emergence of adventitious roots of cuttings,average rooting number,and average total root length,but had a highly significant effect on the rooting rate of the cuttings.The interaction of rooting accelerator type and concentration demonstrated no significant effects on the emergence of adventitious roots,rooting rate,average rooting number,and average total root length of cuttings.The comprehensive assessment indicate that rooting effect was better after the cuttings were dipped in K-IBA with a concentration 1000-3000mg/L than with other rooting acclerants and concentration.
