摘 要:采用L9(33)正交试验设计,研究了IBA、NAA、GGR这3种植物生长调节剂及其质量浓度(100、200、400 mg/L)和处理时间(1、2、4 h)对菲油果Feijoa sellowiana嫩枝插穗生根的影响。结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂、质量浓度和处理时间对菲油果嫩枝插穗生根的影响均达显著水平;影响生根率因素的主次顺序为植物生长调节剂种类>处理时间>植物生长调节剂质量浓度,影响根数因素的主次顺序为植物生长调节剂种类>植物生长调节剂质量浓度>处理时间,影响根长因素的主次顺序为植物生长调节剂种类>植物生长调节剂质量浓度>处理时间;以蛭石为基质,采用菲油果半木质化嫩枝插穗,经IBA(生长素)200 mg/L浸泡2 h生根效果最佳,其平均生根率为88.6%,平均根数为7.3条,平均根长为17.4 cm。The effect of rooting with the treatments of different plant growth regulators(IBA,NAA,GGR),by means of varying concentrations of the growth regulators(100,200,400mg/L) and treatment time(1,2,4h) on softwood cuttings of Feijoa sellowiana Berg.,was studied by using uniform orthogonal design L9(3^3).The result indicates that each growth regulator,each concentration,and each treatment time all had obvious effect on the rate of rooting.While the sequence of influential factors to the rooting rate by significance was as follows:type of plant growth regulator〉treatment time〉concentration,the sequence of influential factors to the number of roots was by significance as follows:plant growth regulator〉concentration〉treatment time,and the sequence relative to the length of roots was: plant growth regulator〉concentration〉treatment time.The tender branch cuttings that were soaked in 200mg/L IBA for 2 hours produced the best results for rooting.The average rooting rate was 88.6%,the mean number of root was 7.3,and the length of root was 17.4 cm on average.
