摘　　要：无溶剂型有机硅模塑料具有优异的耐温性、耐候性和介电性,同时还具有吸水率低,防潮性好,无腐蚀等特性,是航空、船舶、通讯等电器用的优良材料。本文主要介绍了有机硅模塑料的性能、应用、工艺流程以及国内外有机硅模塑料研究进展。Solvent-free silicone molding compound not only has excellent heat resistance,weather resistance and dielectric properties,but also has low water absorption,good moisture resistance,non-corrosive.They are fine materials widely used in aviation,shipping,communications and so on.It was described that performance of silicone molding compounds,application,process,and progress.
