摘　　要：回顾我国科教文卫4个行业的公益性信息资源开发利用发展现状,总结我国公益性信息资源开发利用的4种基本模式,即配置-共享模式、保存-传递模式、挖掘-支撑模式、服务-增值模式,并对4种基本模式在上述4个行业中的具体应用和基本特点进行论述。This paper firstly reviewes the development status of public welfare information resources＇ development and utilization in the science, education, culture and health industries in China. Then four business models of public welfare information resources＇ development and utilization are concluded, which are called the configuration-share mode, the preservation-delivery mode, the mining - support mode and the serving-value-added mode. Finally, the paper also summarizes the specific application and basic characteristics of the four modes applied in the four industries.
