摘　　要：对首都图书馆"十二五"期间发展的内外部环境进行分析,在此基础上,从概念创新、传递创新、界面创新、技术创新四个角度提出首都图书馆"十二五"期间信息资源开发利用模式创新的若干对策建议,如与在京总部合作开发利用信息资源、推进与市属高校图书馆业务合作,加大专业图书馆和社区图书馆建设力度等。Based on the four-dimensional model of innovation of information resources＇ development and utilization in nonprofit information institution, as well as analyzing the internal and external environment of Capital Library during the Twelfth Five Years, this paper proposes some suggestions about Capital Library＇ s model innovation of information resources＇ development and utilization, for example, to cooperate with headquarters in Beijing, to promote the partnership with municipal universities＇ libraries, to increase the construction power on professional libraries and community libraries.
