摘　　要：在厘定学科馆员制度与图书馆理念关系基础上,明确学科馆员的价值定位,并分析学科馆员制度创建的必要性,进而阐述图书馆理念下学科馆员制度建设的五个基本要素,即环境要素、建设原则、组织模式、质效评估以及实施策略,以期为学科馆员制度的合理化运作提供必要的理论支撑与实践指向。On the basis of defining the intrinsic contact of subject librarian system and the idea of library, the paper proposes the value orientation of subject librarian, and analyzes the necessity of the establishment of subject librarian system. And then it elaborates five basic factors of system construction of subject librarian, which comprises environmental factors, principles of construction, organization mode, quality evaluation, and implementation strategies, in order to provide the necessary theoretical support and value judgments for the rational operation of subject librarian system.
