摘　　要：在对国内外图书馆馆训广泛调研的基础上,以部分有代表性的图书馆馆训为例证,结合对个别著名图书馆馆训内涵的剖析,从馆训的内容、功能与作用等方面论述定制图书馆馆训应该遵循的共性原则和个性原则,同时提出定制馆训应注意的几个问题,以期通过对图书馆馆训定制原则的理论研究和实践探讨,为图书馆馆训的定制提供思路和方法。Based on the widespread investigation of domestic and abroad university library mottos, this paper takes some famous and representative university library mottos as examples, integrates with the practice and reflection of their library mottos, and discusses the common principles and characteristic principles based on the contents and function of the library mottos. This paper also puts forward some advices on formulating library motto to share the practice and thinking method with other libraries.
