摘 要:以同济大学图书馆为例,介绍该馆近年来在学科服务领域所进行的探索和实践——"双伙伴"计划。该计划的特点可以概括为两种学科服务模式、三级服务梯队和四大服务内容。其中,"两种服务模式"分别是面向全校师生的普通推广型服务和针对重点学科科研团队的个性化知识服务;"三级服务梯队"指由学科馆员、咨询馆员和辅助人员组成的服务队伍;"四大服务内容"指院系联络、学科资源建设、知识信息服务及信息素养教育。Subject service is a new service model presented by some libraries based on reader's increasingly demand for specialized and personalized information in modem environments. In the paper, some practices of subject service in Tongji University library are introduced. In the library, a project, labeled as "Double-Parters", has been on-going in recent years, aimed at improving subject service. The characteristics of the project are summarized as two service models, three-level service team and four major service contents. The so-called two service models refer to general subject service for the whole staff and students and personalized knowledge service for the main academic teams in the university, respectively. The three-level service team is composed of subject librarians, consulting librarians, and supporting staff. The four service contents in the project include close contact of librarians with specialty departments or faculties, construction of subject resources, knowledge information service and information literacy training for readers.
