内关穴注射香丹注射液预处理对大鼠急性心肌缺血血浆中t-PA、PAI-1活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过内关穴注射香丹注射液预处理对大鼠急性心肌缺血纤溶系统t-PA、PAI-1活性的影响,探讨针药结合预防和改善心肌缺血的疗效,以期为临床治疗冠心病心肌缺血提供新的思路和方法。方法:以SD大鼠为受试对象,心肌缺血前给予内关穴注射香丹注射液预处理14天,同时设药物对照组和穴位注射组进行比较;用异丙肾上腺素(ISO)腹腔皮下注射造成心肌缺血模型,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆t-PA、PAI-1含量的变化。结论:内关穴注射香丹注射液预处理可升高t-PA含量、降低PAI-1含量,对急性心肌缺血大鼠的心肌具有保护作用。Objective：Through injecting XiangDan injection into NeiGuan point of acute myocardial ischemia rats to understand how XiangDan injection working on t-PA、PAI-1 activity of fibrinolytic system.And to discuss the influence on fibrinolytic activity,and to provide a new method for clinical treatment of the coronary disease and ischemia myocardial.Methods：SD rats were pretreated for 14 days by XiangGan Injection into NeiGuan point before copying ischemia myocardial model.And compared with the acupoint injection group and the medicine group.Then the ischemia myocardial model was copyed by peritoneal subcutaneous injecting isoproterenol（ISO）.The blood plasma t-PA,PAI-1 of fibrinolytic system were detected by the ELISA.Conclusions：XiangDan injection could increase t-PA level and decrease PAI-1 level,and prevent the cardiac muscle of acute myocardial ischemia rats.
