摘　　要：为了克服工业环境中数据采集种类繁杂、传输易受干扰等缺点,设计了一种基于欧姆龙通信协议宏的数据采集系统。利用CX-Protocol软件编写了RS-485串口通信协议,并通过调用PMCR(260)指令,在PLC与多个数显表及传感器之间形成了一个异步协议宏通信网络。应用结果表明,数据采集系统提高了数据可靠性,实现了数据采集及处理的自动化、智能化。In industrial environment,the data acquisition systems are in a great variety and the transmission is easily being interfered.To overcome these demerits,the data acquisition system based on Omron communication protocol macro has been designed.By using CX-Protocol software,the RS-485 serial communication protocol is written,and through calling PMCR（260） instruction,the asynchronous protocol macro communication network is formed among PLC and multiple numerical displays.The result of application shows that this data acquisition system enhances the reliability of data and implements automatic and intelligent data acquisition and data processing.
