针刺人中、内关穴对心肺复苏后家兔脑线粒体呼吸功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨针刺人中、内关穴对心肺复苏后家兔脑线粒体呼吸功能的影响。[方法]30只家兔随机分3组,每组10只。常规复苏组心跳骤停后予常规心肺复苏术;针刺复苏组心跳骤停后予常规心肺复苏术并针刺人中、内关穴。假手术组仅作为对照,不进行心脏骤停及心肺复苏的操作。所有动物于自主循环恢复后2 h取脑组织,测定线粒体呼吸Ⅲ态、Ⅳ态,呼吸控制率(RCR)。[结果]常规复苏组与针刺复苏组Ⅲ态呼吸均低于假手术组。与常规复苏组相比:针刺复苏组的Ⅲ态高;Ⅳ态呼吸常规复苏组与针刺复苏组组均高于假手术组。与常规复苏组相比:针刺复苏组的Ⅳ态低。RCR:常规复苏组和针刺复苏组低于假手术对照组,针刺复苏组高于常规复苏组。[结论]心脏骤停心肺复苏后家兔的线粒体呼吸链上Ⅲ态呼吸降低,而针刺能够在常规复苏的基础上提高Ⅲ态呼吸及RCR;针刺的干预也能降低Ⅳ态呼吸。[Objective] To investigate the effects of acupuncture on Renzhong and Neiguan point on mitochondrial respiratory function in rabbit brain after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.[Methods] Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups（n=10）.The normal CPR（cardiopulmonary resuscitation） group rabbits were given normal CPR after cardiac arrest;the acupuncture and CPR group rabbits were given with normal CPR and acupuncture on Renzhong and Neiguan point;the sham group was served as control but asphyxia and cardiac arrest were not induced.Two hours after returning of the spontaneous circulation（ROSC）,brain organization for stateⅢ,stateⅣ,respiratory control rate（RCR） testing were obtained for all the animals.[Results] The state Ⅲ of the normal CPR group and the acupuncture and CPR group was lower than that of sham group.The state Ⅲ of the normal CPR group was lower than that in the acupuncture and CPR group.The state Ⅳ of the normal CPR group and the acupuncture and CPR group was higher than that in the sham group.The state Ⅳ of the normal CPR group was higher than the acupuncture and CPR group.RCR examination found that the normal CPR group and the acupuncture and CPR group were lower than the sham group.The acupuncture and CPR group was higher than the normal CPR group.[Conclusion] Acupuncture on Renzhong and Neiguan point may increase state Ⅲ,RCR and decrease state Ⅳ in rabbit brain after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
