摘 要:用有限元分析方法分析三叶形等距型面联接的接触-冲击特性.通过立方样条曲线拟合廓形曲线,建立了轴-轮毂联轴器的三维有限元模型,进行三叶形等距型面联接非线性三维接触-冲击特性分析,实现了联轴器启动过程的接触-冲击动力学仿真.通过算例分析,得到三叶形等距型面联接启动过程中接触力和最大等效应力随时间的变化规律,研究不同结构参数和工作参数对接触-冲击特性的影响.分析结果表明:三维分析较二维更能模拟真实情况;采用无间隙配合或者过盈配合能有效抑制型面联接的冲击效应;增大偏心率,对提高型面联接的抗冲击能力和承载能力起到良好作用.An accurate finite element method was set up for analysis of contact-impact characteristics of trilobe equidistant polygonal connection.In this method,the profile curves were fit through cubic spline curves,and 3D FEM model of shaft-hub coupling was adopted.The analysis of nonlinear 3D contact-impact characteristics of trilobe equidistant polygonal connection was taken to simulate the startup process of coupling.The variation of contact force and maximum effective stress during the startup process could be extracted through a calculating example of the trilobe equidistant connection.The results can be further applied to study the influence of different structural parameters and operating parameters on contact-impact characteristics.The result of the analysis shows that 3D analysis is more effective in simulating the real situations than the 2D analysis,and adopting no clearance fit or interference fit can restrain impact effect of the polygonal connection,and enlarging the eccentricity ratio can also enhance the anti-compact performance and the carrying capacity effectively.
