摘  要:飞廉种子油脂含量高,是不可忽视的潜在能源。本试验研究了飞廉种子油贮存前后理化性质的变化,为油脂的合理贮存提供基础数据。以2009年7月收集的阿坝飞廉种子作为研究对象,于2009年10月和2010年10月进行种子脂肪油的提取,并于2010年11月进行了理化性质(包括水分及挥发物含量、酸值、碘值、皂化值)和油脂加热试验的测定。结果表明:2009年提取的种子含油率为30.30%,种子在-30℃冰柜中贮存一年以后含油率升高为38.05%;同时,飞廉种子油脂在5℃冰箱中贮存一年后其水分及挥发物含量降低了1.5239个百分点,酸值升高了1.1018mgKOH/g,碘值降低了20.3619gI2/100g,皂化值降低了13.9546mgKOH/g,在加热试验中,贮存一年的油脂也表现出了一定的变质反应。故油脂在贮存过程中,一定要采取相应的措施来防止其酸败变质。Carduus nutans seed which has a rich oil content is an important potential energy.Comparison on physical and chemical properties of before and after stored Carduus nutans seed oil in this research will provide the basis data for reasonable storage.Using the Carduus nutans seeds collected in July 2009 as the research object,then extracted the seed oil in October 2009 and October 2010.Then setted-out both of their physical and chemical properties,which included water and volatile matter,acid value,iodine value,saponification value and the heatingtest of the oil.Determination results in the fatty oil content of seeds were as follows:30.30% in 2009,38.05% in 2010.Meanwhile,the physical and chemical properties of the seed oil were changed after one year'storage.The consequences followed from this:water and volatile matter reduced by 1.5239 percentage point,acid value increased 1.1018 mgKOH/g,iodine value reduced 20.3619gI2/100g,saponification value reduced 13.9546 mgKOH/g,and in the heating test there were some phenomenon shows that the oil stored for one year had a few metamorphic reation.So,when oil is been stored,there should be some measures to take for its quality.
