生脉稳压汤治疗Shy—Drager综合征20例临床观察

摘　　要：对20例Shy—Drager综合征(SDS)患者予生脉稳压汤(西洋参5g,麦冬12g,五味子5g,制附片10g,黄精20g,炙甘草6g),1个月后观察症状与体征变化。结果:显效6例(30％),好转11例(55％),无效3例(15％),总有效率85％。治疗后收缩压均值较疗前显著增高(P<0.01)。8倒卧位高血压型中有5例血压获改善。但对自主神经障碍引起的多种症状无效。结论:生脉稳压汤对SDS有较好临床疗效,且适用于卧位高血压型患者。The decoction is composed of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii 5g, Radix Ophiopogonis 12g, Fructus Schisandrae 5g, Radix Aconiti Preparata 10g, Rhizoma Polygonati 20g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 6g. 20 cases were treated for one month and observed for changes in signs and symptoms. Results: markedly effective 6 cases (30%), improved 11 (55%), non-effective 3 (15%), total effective rate 85%. The systolic pressure after treatment was remarkably increased (P<0. 01). In the 8 cases of decubitus hypertension, 5 cases improved in blood pressure; yet, it was ineffective in many symptoms induced by disturbance of autonomous nervous system. Conclusion: this decoction yielded rather good effect on Shy - Drager Syndrome, also indicated for decubitus hypertension.
