摘  要:2008年冬季,鄯兰原油管道计划输量大幅度下调,仅为设计输量的1/4。为避免对泵机组造成损害、提高设备运行效率,提出采用间歇输送方式。根据不同输送方式(连续输送和间歇输送)确定可行的开泵方案,并计算泵机组电能消耗。从开泵数目、泵机组运行时间以及泵效这几方面对不同输送方案的耗电量进行了分析。比选结果表明:采用运行流量1 000 m3/h,单次输送110 h、停输48 h的间歇输送方案所消耗的电能最少,具有显著的经济效益。In the winter of 2008,the throughput of the Shanshan-Lanzhou crude pipeline sharply decreased to an extremely low level,making up only one fourth of its designed value.In order to improve the operation of the pump sets,intermittent operation,which is composed of normal operation,shutdown and restart processes,is proposed based on a solution to the extremely low throughput problem.Configurations of the pump sets are determined according to different operation schemes,including continuous operation and intermittent operation.Power consumption of different schemes has relation to the number of pump sets in operation,operation duration and pump efficiency.The results have shown that according to the intermittent operation scheme,in which the pipeline operates for 110 h at the flow rate or 1 000 m3/h and shuts down for 48 h in a cycle,the least power supply is consumed.
