摘　　要：海底管道是重要的海洋石油天然气运输方式,我国在深海铺管技术等方面与国外先进水平相比还有明显的差距,迫切需要研制相应的高效焊接设备。在深入剖析国内外广泛应用的几种焊机结构的基础上,设计了一种新型S型海底管道铺设用全位置自动外焊机,并通过实验验证了所设计的深水海底管道铺设用全位置自动焊机的可行性和有效性。Sub-sea pipeline,which developed rapidly,is an important transporting method for offshore oil gas.Compare to overseas,we have many things to do,especially at deeper sub-sea pipeline laying.So it is urgently to develop the high efficient welding equipment for sub-sea pipeline laying.Based on the analysis about several widely used pipeline welding machines,a new automatic welding machine in all position,which will be used for sub-sea pipeline laying in ＂S＂ type was designed.In addition a series experiments were done and the experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the welder.
