摘 要:中频逆变电阻焊的焊接质量提高有赖于检测技术的提高。传统的检测方法存在体积过大、检测精度不高等缺点。为了提高中频逆变电阻焊装备的控制精度和响应速度,设计出基于恒电流控制法的电参数检测系统,该系统包括一次电流检测模块、一次电压检测模块和二次电压检测模块。详细介绍了真有效值处理电路和二次电压检测电路。通过实验检验了采样电路对一次电流和二次电压的处理情况,并对采样和处理后的波形进行了分析和验证。结果表明,一次电流检测电路、二次电压检测电路能准确测量一次电流、焊极间电压的有效值。焊接产品性能优良,达到了较高的焊接工艺要求。The welding quality development of mid-frequency resistance welding depends on the development of detection technique.There are many weak points in traditional detection method such as oversize and low measuring precision.The detection system of electrical parameters which based on the constant current control method is designed on the paper.The primary current detection module the primary voltage detection module and secondary voltage detection module are contained in this system.The circuit used for measuring true rms and secondary voltage detection circuit are introduced in details.The function of sample circuit for primary current and secondary voltage is verified through experiment study.The sample and processed waveform is also analyzed.The waveforms indicate that the primary current circuit and the secondary voltage circuit can accurately detect the primary current and secondary voltage.By tests,the welding products show good performance,and meet the requirements well.
