摘　　要：根据热探测器工作的物理机理和器件物理模型,对热探测器的探测率随背景温度和探测器工作温度的变化规律进行了理论计算,并对计算结果和实际应用进行了讨论。Based on the principles and physics of thermal detector,the device performance was calculated in terms of detectivity versus background temperatures or/and device temperatures.Its performance characteristic and applications are discussed.
