摘　　要：中华人民共和国环境保护部颁发的《环境标志产品技术要求电话》,对手机、无绳电话机、普通电话机的环境标志认证提出技术要求,将于2011年4月1日起施行。本文主要对手机、无绳电话机和普通电话的环境标志认证背景以及环境标志认证的要求、流程、有效期等信息进行了介绍。The Ministry of Environmental Protection People＇s Republic of China issued a rule on technical requirements for environmental mark of cellphones,cordless telephones,fixed telephone.It will be put into effect on April 1,2011.The article introduced the background of environmental mark certification of cellphone,cordless telephone and fixed phone,and the technical requirements,procedures and the term of validity of environmental mark.
