摘  要:为了研究乙烯拮抗剂STS预处理对切花金鱼草瓶插生理效应的影响,以"凉爽"金鱼草切花为供试材料,选用蔗糖、8-HQ、柠檬酸作为瓶插保鲜液的基本成分,进行了不同浓度STS预处理液的组合配方对比。结果表明:STS作为乙烯拮抗剂,在适合的浓度范围内可延长切花金鱼草瓶插寿命、提高观赏品质,保持切花水分平衡,抑制乙烯的合成。各个处理当中以浓度为0.2 mmol·L-1的STS预处理效果最佳。In order to research the effects of STS pretreatments on vase physiology of snapdragon(Antirrhinum majus),combined formulas with different STS concentration were compared."Cool" cut snapdragon(Antirrhinum majus) was used as tested material;sucrose,8-HQ and citric acid were used as basic components in the research.The results showed that as the ethylene antagonist,STS could effectively increased vase quality and prolong vase life in the adapted concentration range.It could keep the water balance and restrain ethylene release.The effect was the best when the STS concentration was 0.2 mmol·L-1.
