彩色多普勒观察金水宝胶囊联合黄葵胶囊对糖尿病肾病疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价金水宝胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的疗效。方法 DN患者98例,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组给予饮食控制、体育锻炼及降糖、降压、调脂等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础之上加用金水宝胶囊及黄葵胶囊口服12周。于治疗前后分别检测两组糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率及肾脏彩色多普勒血流图动态对比分析。结果治疗后,治疗组尿白蛋白排泄率下降(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组肾血管血流搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)均无明显改变(P均>0.05);治疗组肾血管收缩期峰值流速(systolic peak velocity,Vs)降低(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组肾血管舒张末期峰值流速(diastolic peak velocity,Vd)增高(P<0.05),且高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论金水宝胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗临床DN,可以显著降低尿白蛋白排泄率,改善肾血流,为DN治疗提供新的方案。Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of united Huangkui capsules and Jinshuibao capsules for diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods A total of 98 DN patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received diet control,exercise and conventional treatment to reduce blood glucose,blood pressure and lipid.Besides the conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with the Huangkui capsules and Jinshuibao capsules for 12 weeks.Urinary albumin excretion rate was tested,and renal dynamic contrast of color Doppler flow imaging analysis was performed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the urinary albumin excretion rate of the treatment group was decreased（P0.01） and significantly lower than the control group（P0.01）;the renal blood flow pulsatility index（PI） and resistance index（RI） of the treatment group and control group had no significant changes（all P0.05）;renal artery systolic peak velocity（Vs） of the treatment group was decreased（P0.01） and lower than the control group（P0.01）;renal artery diastolic peak velocity（Vd） of the treatment group was increased（P0.05） and higher than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion United Huangkui capsule and Jinshuibao capsule treatment can significantly reduce urinary albumin excretion rate,improve renal blood flow,and will be a new program for the treatment of DN.
