摘　　要：目的探讨医院各项经济指标变动情况和趋势,调整医院发展思路,提升医院医疗服务水平。方法对某医院2000/2010年卫生经济定量资料进行描述性分析和动态数列分析。结果 2000/2010年医疗收入明显增加的同时,存在药品费、材料费偏高等不合理因素。结论医院卫生经济总体呈现快速提升的发展态势,但需调整医院经济增长结构,才能更好的推进医院经济的良性发展。Objective To explore the changes and trends of various economic indicators in a hospitals,adjust the development strategy,and improve the medical services standard.Methods Descriptive analysis and dynamic series analysis were performed on the health economic data in a hospital between 2000 and 2010.Results From 2000 to 2010,the medical income was significantly increased,but there existed some unreasonable factors such as high charges of drugs and materials.Conclusion The health economic of the hospital is rapidly developing.But the growth structure should be adjusted to promote the sound development of the hospital＇s economy.
