姿势描记检查在老年人中的研究

摘　　要：目的：为了系统地了解老年人平衡功能的情况而进行姿势描记测定。方法：使用电脑姿势描记计对１３３名健康老年人（按不同年龄的男女各二组）进行姿势描记（ｐｏｓｔｕｒａｌｓｗａｙ，ＰＳ）测试，对其中１０７名老年人进行性别、年龄、平衡功能自我感觉等１６个因素的研究。结果：制定了此８组受试者的３５项指标的正常值范围，对老年人平衡能力的大小提供了一个客观依据。多因素研究结果表明平衡功能仅与年龄、平衡功能自我感觉两个因素呈显著性相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＰＳ检查对老年人平衡能力的评估及预测老年人摔倒的风险有重要意义。Objective: To conduct a systematic study of balance function (BF) in the elderly. Methods: The postural sway (PS) measurement was carried out in 133 healthy senior persons, who were divided into four groups by sex and age. Among them, 16 factors were studied in 107 patients: sex, age, BF selfsense, etc. Results: The normal value of 35 indexes of the 133 healthy senior persons was obtained (four groups). Only BF selfsense factors had significant interaction with BF. Conclusion: PS measurement is useful as a measure of assessment of balance function and as a predictor of fall risk in senior persons.
