摘　　要：本文主要论述了电子海图显示信息系统设计与实现中的关键技术。首先介绍了关于电子海图的一系列国际标准以及国内专家学者进行的研究,在此基础上,总结了国际标准海图数据格式的特点,初步了解了标准海图数据;然后,根据电子海图S-57标准(数据传输标准)对标准海图数据进行解析以及将标准海图数据按照S-52标准(海图显示标准)符号化显示,这个过程主要包括两部分内容,一是电子海图表示库(色彩编码表、符号库、符号化指令集、物表-符号查找表、条件符号化过程),二是显示生成器设计;最后,展示了系统的实现效果。This paper discusses some key technologies on the design and implementation of the Electronic Chart Display and Information System.Firstly it introduces a series of international standards and some research of domestic experts and scholars about Electronic Chart.On the basis,it summarizes the characteristics of the international standard chart data format and has a preliminary understanding of it.Then,it analyses international standard electronic chart data on the basis of S--57 and symbolizes the data on the basis of S--52 standard for display.The symbolization process consists of two parts,the one is ECDIS presentation library （the color coding scheme, the library of symbols ,symbology instructions,the look--up tables, conditional symbology procedhres） and the other is display generator. Lastly,it shares the result of the run able application system.
