摘　　要：介绍了平地机作业装置上用的一种摩擦式蜗轮箱,简述了它的工作原理及结构组成,以及与常规蜗轮箱的区别。这种蜗轮箱具有过载保护的功能,在硬土质或混合鹅卵石等较大硬质颗粒物的恶劣工况下更能突显出优势。A type of friction worm gear box used in operation equipment of grader was introduced. Its working principle, structural composition and differences with conventional worm gear box were explored. The results show that the friction worm gear box has overload protection function, in harsh conditions such as hard soil or mixing pebbles and other large hard particles, the advantages can be highlighted, which can extend the service life of working device and improve the reliability of grader.
