摘 要:目的:帮助患有糖尿病的人群掌握相关健康知识,积极主动治疗,提高生活质量。方法:建立一套细腻的糖尿病健康教育的入会程序,定期对入会会员进行健康体检,提供健康教育,开展内容及形式多样的教育活动;采用知识问卷调查、自我管理能力评价、心理测评问卷和血糖测定评估教育效果。结果:教育前后知识问卷及格率分别为45.5%和95.1%(P〈0.001);自我管理能力在教育后显著高于教育前(P〈0.001);SCL-90症状自评量表教育前后无显著差异;医学应对方式量表中”解决问题”因子显著增高;教育后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖指标显著降低。结论:细腻的糖尿病健康教育的入会程序是实施健康教育的根本,糖尿病健康教育是控制和防治糖尿病的有效方法,是医院人性化服务的体现。[Objective] To help people with diabetes master health knowledge related ,receive treatment actively, improve the quality of life. [ Methods] Establish a complete membership process for diabetes health educatlon, give the membership wellness check regularly , provide health education and carry out educational activities in various forms and content . Evaluate the education effects by using knowledge questionnaires, self- management evaluation, psychological evaluation questionnaire and determine blood glucose. [ Result]The knowledge questionnairespassing rates before and after education is 45.5% and 95.1% (P 〈 0. 001 ) respectively. Selfmanagement capability of the patients after education is higher than the patiens before education ;The symptom SCL -90 has no significant difference beween them; Medical coping modes questionnaire in " problem solving" factor after edcation is significantly higher. Fasting blood - glucose and the blood glucose 2h after the meal is significantly reduced. [ Conclusion] A complete membership process for diabetes is the basis of health education, diabetes health education is an effctive method to control and prevent the disease, and this reflect humanized service of hospital.
