丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效及对血清OX—LDL和MMP-9水平的影响

摘　　要：目的通过检测不稳定性心绞痛患者治疗前后血清中氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox—LDL）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平，探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定性心绞痛的机制。，方法采用随机分组的方法，将60倒不稳定性心绞痛患者分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）。两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐注射液，干预14d。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛症状以及心电图改善情况；测定治疗前后血清中ox-LDL以及MMP-9水平。结果①常规治疗及丹参多酚酸盐治疗均可明显改善心绞痛症状、心电图变化，并且有效降低血清中ox-LDL及MMP-9水平。②治疗组心绞痛症状及心电图改善总有效率均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；③治疗组ox-LDL以及MMP-9的降低幅度均明显大于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论丹参多酚酸盐能明显改善不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床症状及心电图的缺血性改变，其机制可能与降低ox—LDL与MMP-9有关.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Salvianolate on patients with unstable angina peetoris（UAP） hy detec- ring the level of ox-LDL and MMP-9 in blood serum. Methods Sixty patients with UAP were enrolled in the study and were randomly assigned to the Salvianolate group（30 patients） and the routine group（30 patients）. All patients were treated with conventional drugs, while the Salvianolate group was administered with Salvianolate additionally for 14 days. The change of Symptoms anti eleetrocardiogram was observed and the serum levels of ox-LDL and MMP-9 was recorded before and after the treatments respectively. Results （~）Both Salvianolate group and routine group can ameliorate the symptom and ECG effectively. The serum level of ox-EDL and MMP-9 in the two groups was decreased. （2）The total symptomatic and ECG effective rate of angina pectoris in Salvianolate group was higher than that of routine group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;@ Compared with routine group,Salvianolate further decreased the level of ox-LDL and MMP-9 （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Salvianolate significantly improved the symptoms and ECG ST-segment changes of unstable angina patients. That reduction of ox-LDL and MMP-9 using Savianolate might be one of the mechanisms was responsible for improving clinic syndrome.
