CTGF和TGF-β1在急性冠脉综合征患者血清中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）和转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清中表达的意义及对粥样斑块形成和稳定性的影响，并探讨两因子之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定74例ACS患者，其中，不稳定心绞痛（UAP）38例，急性心肌梗死（AMI）36例和16例健康对照组者血清CTGF，TGF-β1浓度，结果血清CTGF的水平在对照组、UAP组、AMI组依次升高（P〈0．05），两两比较差异均有统计学意义；血清TGF-β1水平在UAP组和AMI组均低于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义，但UAP纽和AMI组间比较，未见统计学差异；ACS各亚组中CTGF与TGF-β1无明显相关性。结论CTGF与TGF-β1是急性冠脉综合征形成和发展的重要因子，CTGF具有促进斑块形成和导致斑块不稳定的作用，TGF-β1作用则相反，对ACS具有保护作用。Objective To explore the expressinu and significance of serum level of conneetive tissue growth factor （ CTGF ） and transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1 ） in patients with Acute Coronary Symtrome（ ACS） ,and the effect of CTGF and TGF--β1 on the formation and stability of the atherosclerutie plaque,as well as the relationship between CTGF and TGF-β1. Methods The serum level of CTGF and TGF-β1 in 74 patients with ACS,including 38 patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP） and 36 patients with acute myocardial infarction （ AMI） , and 16 healthy individuals were detected by means of enzyme linked imnmnosorbent assay （ ELISA）. Results The level of CTGF in ACS group was obviously higher than that in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. AMI group showed higher serum level of CTGF than UAP group（ P 〈 0.05） ;The level of TGF-β1 in ACS group was lower than that in control group（P 〈 0. 05） , but there was no significant difference between UAP group and AMI group（ P 〉 0.05）. There was no obvious correlation between the serum level of CTGF and TGF-β1 Conclusion CTGF and TGF-β1 are important factors in the formalion and development of ACS. CTGF promotes the formation and instability of atheroselerotie plaque,while TGF-β1 promotes plaque stabilization,which is a protective factor of ACS.
