全身性红斑狼疮患者外周血淋巴细胞内cAMP、血清α干扰素和IgG的关系

摘  要:本文测定了25例全身性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBLs)内cAMP、cGMP含量与比值,血清α干扰素(IFN-α)和兔疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平,结果显示SLE患者PBLs内cAMP为2.79±0.9pmol/10~6细胞,cAMP/cGMP为10.21±3.41(P<0.05),血清IFN-α、IgG水平方明显高于正常对照组。血清IFN-α与PBLs内cAMP含量、血清IFN-α与IgG水平,PBLs内cAMP含量与血清IgG水平等间均呈直线相关(r分别为0.7824,0.8401,0.7641,P值均<0.05)。结果提示:SLE患者血清高水平IFN-α可能是导致PBLs内cAMP含量增高,并由此而产生血清免疫球蛋白水平增加等变化的原因之一。We detected the levels of interferon-α (IFN-α) and IgG in sera,the amounts and ratio of cyclic AMP (cAMP) and cyclic GMP (cGMP) in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) from 25 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).It was found that the content of cAMP was 2.79±0.97 pmol/106 PBLs,the ratio of cAMP/cGMP 10.21±3.41 in the patients with SLE,which were higher than those in sera and PBLs from the healthy controls (P<0.05),and that the levels of IFN-α and IgG in sera were significantly higher than those of the healthy controls.There was a positive linear correlation between the contents of cAMP in PBLs and sera IFN-α,the levels of IFN-αand IgG in serum,and the amounts of cAMP in PBLs and sera IgG (r values were 0.7824,0.8401,0.7641 respectively;all being P<0.05).The above mentioned results and the effects of IFN-γ on PBLs cAMP and cGMP in the patients suggest that the high level of IFN-α in the circulation is a cause contributing to increased contents of PBLs cAMP in the patients,which causes the pathologic changes characterized by high levels of serum immunoglobulines.
