摘　　要：本文提出用J2EE技术来解决企业里员工绩效评价系统软件设计开发问题。介绍了如何建立员工绩效评价系统评价模型，并着重分析了系统的功能模块，以及系统数据流程等问题。This paper proposes the use of J2EE technology to solve the problems of the enterprise employees in performance evaluation system software design.By Introducing how to build a employee performance evaluation system evaluation model,the auther focuses on the analysis of system function module, and system data flow, etc.
