摘  要:本文观察黑木耳对实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔AS病变及有关生化指标的影响。实验结果,黑木耳有降低血浆胆固醇(TC)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、血栓素A_2(TXA_2)的含量,提高前列环素/血栓素A_2(PGI_2/TXA_2)比值,减轻AS病变的作用。表明黑木耳具有抗AS作用。其机理可能是通过降血TC,保护动脉内膜,抑制血小板聚集,并由此抑制TXA_2合成;血TC降低亦可减少脂质过氧化,从而使环氧化酶、TXA_2合成酶活性降低,TXA_2合成减少。黑木耳通过以上途径维系PGI_2/TXA_2平衡,保护血管完整性的内环境相对稳定,对抗动脉粥样硬化的发生。The purpose of this paper is to observe the effect of Auricularia auricula on experimental atherosclerosis and its influence upon related biochemical indices in rabbits.It was found that it could lower the levels of plasma cholesterol,lipoperoxides and thromboxane A2,increase the ratio of the prostacyclin to thromboxane A2(PGI2/TXA2) and alleviate the atherosclerotic lesion,thereby indicating that it has an anti-atherosclerosis effect.Its mechanism may consist in that it lowers the plasma cholesterol level,as a result of which the arterial intima is protected,platelets aggregation is inhibited,and hence the TXA2 formation is also inhibited.A lowering of the plasma cholesterol level can also decrease the peroxidation of lipids,and reduce the activity of cyclooxygenase and thromboxane A2 synthetase,thereby lessening the TXA2 formation.From the above it becomes evident that Auricularia auricula can maintain the PGI2/TXA2 balance and relatively stabilize the internal environment for arterial integrity,thus preventing atherosclerosis from occurring.
