不同种系大鼠肺血管代谢功能的研究

摘  要:本文研究了HilltoP大鼠与Wistar大鼠肺对5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素和血管紧张素Ⅰ的代谢功能,探讨其与缺氧性肺缩管反应差异的关系。结果两种大鼠离休肺摄取代谢5-HT、生成5-羟吲哚乙酸的量无明显差异;对血管紧张素Ⅰ的转换能力也无明显差异;Hilltop大鼠肺清除去甲肾上腺素的能力还高于Wistar大鼠。提示此两种大鼠的缺氧性肺缩管反应差异与肺血管内皮代谢胺类缩血管物质的能力和血管紧张素转换酶的活性无直接关系。Metabolism of 5-hydroxytryptamine in isolated rat lungs and pulmonary function of metabolizing noradrenaline(NA)and angiotensin I (ANG I) in vivo were studied in Hilltop rats and wistar rats to explore the relationship between the metabolic function of their lungs and the strains difference of hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV).No difference between Hilltop and Wistar rats could be found,either in the content of 5-hydroxy-indole-acetic acid (a metabolite of 5-HT) in the effluent or in the change of mean pulmonary arterial pres-sure while infusing with 5-HT,but the pressure response occurred somewhat earlier in Hilltop rats.ANG I converting ability of these two strains of rats did not differ significantly,However,the ability to remove NA was even greater in Hilltop rats lungs than in Wistar rats' lungs.
