摘　　要：CD4辅助性T细胞(T help cell/Th)作为T细胞中的一个重要群体因分泌的细胞因子不同而被分为多个亚群,各个Th细胞亚群在自身免疫疾病发病中的作用在近十年中得到了广泛的研究及肯定。本文就Th细胞各亚群与自身免疫性疾病关系做一概述。CD4 helper T cells（T help cell/Th） is an important group of T cells,it is classified into several different subgroups according to its secreting cytokines.In this decade,the function of Th cell subsets has been extensively studied in autoimmune disease pathogenesis.And the role of the Th cell subsets has also been confirmed in the development of some autoimmune diseases.The relationship between Th cell subsets and autoimmune diseases will be reviewed in this article.
