摘 要:目的:通过观察低分子量肝素(LMWH)对小鼠凝血时间及大鼠静脉血栓形成的影响,对其主要药效学进行了研究,并与国外同类产品Clivarin及普通肝素进行了比较。方法:玻片法体外测定小鼠全血凝血时间及大鼠体内静脉血栓形成法。结果:LMWHsc,450,150及50u/kg可明显延长小鼠全血凝血时间;sc,100,30u/kg可明显降低大鼠静脉血栓重量。与相同剂量Clivarin比较,二者药效相当;与普通肝素比较,LMWH有效剂量明显低于普通肝素。结论:LMWH具有生物利用度高、抗栓作用强及对凝血系统影响小的特性。OBJECTIVE :Through observation on its coagulation time in mice and venous thrombosis in rats to study the pharmacodynamics of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH). METHODS :The blood coagulation time in mice and venous thrombosis in rats were used as by in vitro method of glass plate.Imported product,Clivarin,and odinary heparin were used as positive controls.T5HZ]RESULTS :The whole blood coagulation time in mice was signiticantly prolonged by LMWH in dosage of 450,150 u/kg and 50 u/kg by sc administration and the weight of venous thrombosis in rats was significantly reduced by LMWH in dosage of 100 u/kg and 30 u/kg by sc administration.The effect of LMWH was similar to that of imported drug.Clivarin and the effective dose LMWH was significantly lower than that of ordinary heparin sodium. CONCLUSION: LMWH possesses the characteristics of higher bioavailability,stronger antithrombotic effect and fewer side effects on coagulation time when compared with Clivarin and ordinary heparin sodium.
