摘　　要：建筑整体平移是一项技术含量颇高的工程技术。以一座83.6 m×8.74 m的复杂结构教学楼(中间7层、两侧6层,含两道沉降缝兼作伸缩缝)平移工程为例,介绍了在不破坏房屋整体结构及造型的条件下,整体横向平移约30 m的方法。具体论述了平移装置的设计、监测、切断、平移到位等关键施工技术。这将为类似建筑平移工程提供参考。Translation is a whole building high technical content of engineering.Based on a complex structure 8.74 m×83.6 m building（middle layer 7,6 layers,containing both two settlement joints and expansion joints） translation project for example,the overall structure without the destruction of homes and modelling is introduced,whole under the condition of transverse translation methods of about 30 meters,and expounds the design and monitoring of translation unit,such as cutting,key construction technology.This reference for similar project construction translation will be provided.
