蒙脱石止泻作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：研究国产蒙脱石对番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻的止泻作用和对结肠炎症的抑制作用。方法：小鼠５０ 只，随机均分成５ 组，０ ．９ ％ 氯化钠溶液对照组和４ 个给药组，给药组分别以国产蒙脱石６ ，９ ，１２ｇ／ｋｇ ，ｉｇ 和进口蒙脱石９ ｇ／ｋｇ ，ｉｇ ， ３０ ｍｉｎ 后给番泻叶４ ｇ／ｋｇ ，ｉｇ 。另取小鼠３０ 只，随机均分成３ 组，０ ．９ ％ 氯化钠溶液对照组和２ 个给药组，给药组分别给国产蒙脱石和进口蒙脱石９ ｇ／ｋｇ ，ｉｇ ，１ ｈ 后再以番泻叶１０ ｇ／ｋｇ ，ｉｇ 。结果：国产蒙脱石能明显抑制番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻，作用呈剂量依赖性；还能减轻由番泻叶引起的结肠炎症。结论：国产蒙脱石对番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻和结肠炎症有抑制作用，作用强度与进口蒙脱石相似。AIM: To study the antidiarrheic effect of domestic smectite (Sme) on diarrhea in mice induced by senna. METHODS: Fifty mice were divided into 5 groups at random: (1) the control; (2) Domestic Sme 6, 9, 12 g/kg ig or imported Sme 9 g/kg, ig, 30 min later, senna (4g/kg, ig) was given to each mouse. Another thirty mice were divided into 3 groups at random: (1) the control; (2) drug prevention: Domestic Sme or imported Sme(9g/kg, ig) were administered. An hour later, senna (10 g/kg, ig) was given. RESULTS: As compared with control group Domestic Sme reduced the frequency of diarrhea induced by senna (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in a dose_dependent manner. Domestic Sme also inhibited the colitis induced by senna. CONCLUSION: Sme inhibited the diarrhea and colitis induced by senna in mice. The effects of domestic Sme were similar with imported product.
