摘　　要：用不同浓度的阿维菌素和硫酸铜药液对石斑鱼寄生鱼蛭进行离体杀灭实验,结果表明,鱼蛭在淡水中浸泡(23.0±2.8)min即可昏迷;在大于0.002 mL·L-1的阿维菌素药液中浸泡2 h内都会出现死亡,在0.000 2 mL·L-1的阿维菌素药液中浸泡2 h内只会出现昏迷,但没有观察到死亡个体;在大于1 mg·L-1的硫酸铜药液中浸泡2 h内可导致鱼蛭死亡,但低浓度浸泡只会导致虫体活力减弱。Different concentration avermectin and cupric sulfate solution were used to perform the assays on inhibiting fish leeches in grouper in vitro.The results indicated that fish leeches were stupefied when marinated in freshwater for 23.0±2.8 min;died in Avermectin liquid（concentration being higher than 0.002 mL·L^-1 for 2h;stupefied in Abamectin liquid（concentration being 0.000 2 mL·L^-1,without death;died in cupric sulfate liquid（concentration being higher than 1 mg·L^-1 for 2h,but low concentration would only decrease the vigor of fish leeches.
