摘 要:目的:探讨水提后丹参药渣中丹参酮ⅡA的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA提取率为定量考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,考察了提取时间、提取次数、乙醇倍量及乙醇体积分数对丹参酮ⅡA提取率的影响。结果:丹参药渣中丹参酮ⅡA的最佳提取工艺条件为:8倍量90%乙醇浸泡30 min,回流提取2次(85℃),每次0.5 h,高效液相色谱法检测,水提后丹参药渣中丹参酮ⅡA的提取率约为91%。结论:优化的提取条件效率高,水提后丹参药渣中丹参酮ⅡA的含量较高,提示其可以作为一种丹参酮资源,具有开发利用的价值。Objective:To explore the best condition to extract tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia mihiorrhiza by ethano1.Method: The optimum condition was determined with L9(34) orthogonal experiment to arrange experiments with extract rate of tanshinone ⅡA as quantitative index.Result: The best extraction process condition was: 8 times of 90 percent alcohol immersed for 30 minutes,reflux extraction was two times with each time of 0.5 hour at 85 ℃.The HPLC result showed that the extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA was about 91%.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process design is reasonable,reproducible and can increase the reuse of herbs.Salvia mihiorrhiza can be served as a kind of tanshinone resource,which has great value of development and utilization.
