摘  要:目的:建立藕节、藕节炭HPLC特征图谱。方法:以3-表白桦脂酸为参照物,采用Lichrospher C18柱(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长203 nm,分析时间70 min。结果:藕节、藕节炭分别获得5,4个共有特征峰,同时标定了3-表白桦脂酸的位置。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,特征性强,为藕节、藕节炭的质量控制提供了新参考。Objective:To set up the HPLC specific chromatograms of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus andNelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus charcoal.Method: The analysis was performed on Lichrospher C18column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid by gradient elution at a column temperature of 30 ℃;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,the detection wavelength was at 203 nm and the analytic time was 70 min.Result: Five specific peaks were identified in chromatograms of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and four specific peaks were identified in chromatograms of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus charcoal by 3-epibetulinic acid as reference substance.Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus Charcoal.
