HPLC测定祛痰平喘胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定祛痰平喘胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺-磷酸(5∶95∶0.4∶0.2),检测波长210 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱与样品中其他组分分离效果好,盐酸麻黄碱浓度在25.33～405.20 mg.L-1具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为95.00%,RSD1.61%(n=6)。结论:采用此法测定祛痰平喘胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量,准确可靠,简便易行,所建的含量测定方法可用于祛痰平喘胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Qutan Pingchuan Capsules.Method： The chromatogram column was Hypersil ODS2（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase composition was the acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethameamine-phosphoric（5 ∶ 95 ∶0.4∶ 0.2）,the detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Result： The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride 0.506 6-8.104 0 μg,the average recovery was 95.00% and RSD 1.61%（n = 6）.Conclusion： The method was convenient,quick and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Qutan Pingchuan Capsules.
