摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)模型大鼠脾脏CD4+T淋巴细胞数和NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。方法:改进制作大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型,ig桂枝茯苓胶囊0.256,1.024 g.kg-1,28 d后取脾脏,分离淋巴细胞,采用流式细胞分析术测定大鼠脾脏中CD4+T淋巴细胞数;将分离的NK细胞与K562细胞共孵育后,MTT法检测其杀伤活性。结果:低剂量组CD4+T淋巴细胞数比模型组提高19.0%,NK细胞杀伤活性提高54.1%,具有显著意义。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊可显著提高CD4+T淋巴细胞数和NK细胞杀伤活性。Objective：To observe the effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsule on the quantity of CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes and the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in spleen of with rats endometriosis.Method： Rat model of endometriosis was created by self-transplant,and then administrated with 0.256 or 1.024 g.kg-1 Guizhi Fuling Capsule orally for 28 days.Lymphocytes and NK cells were separated from the spleen.The quantity of CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes was measured by flow cytometry.The cytotoxic activity of NK cells were tested by MTT assay while incubated with K562 cells.Result： CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes were 19.0% higher in low-dose group than model group.Compared with model group,the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in low-dose group increased about 0.5 fold.Conclution： The quantity of CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes and the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in EMs can be significantly increased by Guizhi Fuling Capsule.
